Great location! Right next to metro stop, great shops, great neighbourhood, cozy and comfortable. Easy walk to Notre Dame and Latin Quarter. The apartment made our saty in Paris so much better because we had ample room for relaxing vs a cramped hotel room. We made a few meals here and ate out our time. Apartment description:

A very lively and historical area, the Marais has a particular atmosphere also due to its pre-Revolution architecture, enclosing a substantial number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, design shops, as well as diverse types of trendy bars and restaurants. Also in this area is the royal Place des Vosges famous and hailed for the harmony of its architecture, where, at number 6 lived the world famous French novelist Victor Hugo.

This apartment is located right in the heart of the Marais surrounded by all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.

This 50m2 one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor (with elevator) of a 14th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a code security system. This gate leads to a huge staircase.

The interior has been completely renovated this year, with the idea of keeping the old charm (wood beams) and a modern comfort.

The bathroom has a bathtub equipped with a wall-mounted showerhead and a curtain.

The living room is facing rue du renard and is calm as the large double glazed windows protect it completely from the outside activities.
