Apartment description:
Stop! This is a sublime love nest right in the heart of Saint Germain des Près, ideal for a couple but capable of sleeping up to three, so also perfect for a small group or family.

Found on the second floor of a classical Parisian building, the flat has apparent beams and a beautiful floor. The main living area is simply decorated and has a large traditional mirror that gives a sensation of space, it also includes a very practical open kitchen (fully equipped) decorated with the typical Parisian metro tiles.
The whole space has three windows that all open onto a balcony which looks straight over the Marché Couvert de Saint Germain des Près (perfect for breakfast). The bedroom looks onto a calm courtyard and has a large wardrobe. The bathroom (shower) is very easy to use and also includes a washing machine.

At the heart of Paris, near Odeon, and not far from the Jardin du Luxembourg, the area is very safe.
You will find locally all the commodities and transport (taxis, Velib¹, buses, metro) needed to enjoy your stay. The most famous publishers and art galleries are found locally, not to mention the designer shops. The Marché Couvert de Saint Germain des Près which you look onto from the apartment is home to all kind of exquisite delicatessens, restaurants and shops.
Just walking around the area is enough to make you fall in love with Paris. Saint Germain des Près remains one the most important cultural centres of the capital. Very accessible, you are within less than half an hour from most of all the main Parisian attractions (Eiffel Tower, Le Louvres, the Musée d¹Orsay etc.).
There are plenty of restaurants locally and some of the oldest traditional brasseries such as Lipp but also the world famous Le Procope, a restaurant established in 1686, which has served people such as Voltaire (the French philosopher) and Benjamin Franklin amongst many others.

An ideal and central address for a wonderful holiday in Paris, a simple and nice apartment which will make you want to stay forever in the city of lights.
