Apartment description:
The apartment is ideally located in Le Marais, on rue Michel le Comte, two minutes away from famous and trendy rue Rambuteau with all its restaurants, cafes and full of individual specialized food shops. There are also supermarkets, fresh fruit and vegetable stores and fine wine stores. Diagonally across is the Pompidou Centre and a few minutes walk further down is the Hotel de Ville and the Seine River. The next highlight in your 10 minute walk to the Left Bank is the Notre Dame, guiding your walk across the Isle de la Cite to the heart of Saint Michel.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor at 23 rue Michel Le Comte. As you enter from the street into the main building entrance door and into the large courtyard you feel like you are entering a piece a Parisian history. The apartment itself is recently renovated and is a great example of a space reaching back in time turned into a wonderful living space of modern elegance and great comfort, featuring contemporary style and fine taste and fitted with all modern furnishings, appliances and high-end modern comforts.
It consists of a large and very comfortable living space, featuring a sofa bed, dining table and chairs, a large flat TV, decor pieces and well designed electrical lighting fixtures and spot lights. Also downstairs, to the right of the main living space, is a well equipped modern kitchen featuring all appliances including Dishwasher and Washing machine. The bedroom upstairs features a Queen size double bed and ample storage and clothes closets. Also upstairs, a space in front of the bedroom overlooking the living space below, features a work table and is used as a study area. A full bathroom with bathtub and shower head is also located upstairs.
The neighborhood is very nice, central and safe. You are in the very heart of Historic Paris, surrounded by an array of local eateries, cafes, small specialty stores, and plenty of trendy shops and boutiques, plus lots of Museums and historic spots. For the serious shopper in you, the famous department store BHV is just 7 minutes around the corner. Enjoy your stay!
