Apartment description:

An apartment flooded with light, located in a relatively new building dating from 1911 when the street Rue Beaubourg was laid out again, and many old houses on the even number side disappeared.

The apartment has windows to the front and back of the building, facing the exquisite Jewish Art and History Museum gardens, The Dolls and Toys Museum and a splendid private hotel. The view onto this vast plaza with lawns, wooden banks and one of the few Paris shared vegetable and herb gardens imprints a sense of freedom and unlimited space to the apartment. All rooms are linked by a common elongated hallway that leads to the kitchen, the dining room and finally to the bathroom located perpendicularly and close by the main entrance hall way. The elegant simplicity and practical character of the decor and the spatial distribution fit with the sobriety and sophistication of the surrounding seventeenth century historical buildings.

Its proximity to La Place des Vosges on the East side, Beaubourg, L'Hotel de Ville, and Notre Dame south of it, and Le Musee du Louvre on the West side, makes it a place with very easy access to most places of interest. Moreover, the surrounding area is loaded with places to eat, cinemas, department stores, cafes, theatres and art galleries, whatever direction you take.
