Apartment description:

An exquisite and spacious two bedroom apartment situated in one of the most ancient areas of Paris close to the "Arene de Lutece" dating back to the first century AC.

This flat is on the 5th floor with a lift, of sober and elegant design, it has a spacious feeling about it especially with its double living room with sliding doors and three windows giving on to a balcony overlooking the rue Monge.
It is fully equipped with flat screen television, internet (broadband), and Hi-Fi. When closed, the sliding doors create two separate spaces: a sitting room which can transform into a comfortable bedroom with a foldaway bed, and a very elegant dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The master bedroom is calm and very cosy, it has plenty of cupboards and looks onto the interior courtyard. The bathroom is large and has a big bath tub. Toilets are separate.

The Quartier Latin in which this apartment is located is renowned for its cultural background including one of Europe's oldest universities, the Sorbone, but also for all its book shops and editors. All commodities are local, including the famous market of the Place Monge (open on Wednesday Friday and Sunday mornings) and the one on rue Moufetard. Just round the corner is the Pantheon, but also the Jardin des Plantes and the oldest zoo in the world, La Menagerie.
