Apartment description:

A remarkable and simple studio located in a trendy and popular neighbourhood of Paris.

Recently refurbished, this studio is on the first floor (with a lift) of a typically Parisian building overlooking a calm street. The studio is very bright thanks to a beautiful and enchanting bay window. The main room is spacious thus creating a sense of peacefulness and comfort, which is echoed through the wooden cupboards, floorboards and furniture. The kitchen is big enough to sit up to two or three people; it is fully equipped and very practical. It also has a window opening on the street below making it a really nice place to cook and eat.

The bathroom is simple, clean and very practical. With a large main room and a separate kitchen this studio is actually quite big, making it a place you will enjoy coming home to after a day in the City of Lights.

The neighbourhood is popular, trendy and very safe; it is actually renowned as the "Bourgeois-bohème" area of Paris (galleries, cafes, restaurants, bookshops, the opera, etc, ...)

The studio is found on a very calm street, you also have a great restaurant just below. All forms of transport are local - metro, buses, taxis, Velib' - meaning that you are less than half an hour away from all the tourist and cultural attractions of Paris. Just down the street is one of the most famous and typical Parisian markets, le Marché Couvert Beavau, an amazing place for food and wine. With several cheese stalls, amazing fishmongers and butchers, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and even Caribbean delicatessens, all serving the most exquisite foods, you will find here everything you need for the meal of a lifetime. Three to four wine cellars are to be found locally and they are all very good, we nonetheless recommend the Baron Rouge, famous for its great atmosphere and wines that you can enjoy with a simple slice of bread with pâté or cheese. During the winter you will also find here fresh oysters every weekend.

This is a great studio in a nice neighbourhood that features all the delights of French cuisine; it is ideal for a couple and an amazing place to enjoy your holiday.
