Located between the Marais and la place de la Republique, this finely decorated one bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor (with lift) and very spacious.

A large entry, giving on to a generous and fully equipped kitchen, to your right you will find a very spacious sitting room with two windows overlooking the rue de Turbigo. The sitting room is very comfortable with settee, armchairs and a very cosy dinning corner, its decoration impeccable. The bedroom is fitted with a big comfortable double bed, very practical cupboards with sliding doors, and has a very nice and subtle decoration.

The location of this apartment is perfect in the sense it is very central, close to la place de la Republique (useful for transport) and to the Marais and all its cultural and social life. Within walking distance of the museum of contemporary art Beaubourg you are also very close to Les Halles, the most famous Parisian shopping mall. All commodities are accessible by foot. La rue de Bretagne which is round the corner is full of shops and very good restaurants like Chez Omar (reviewed in The Wall Street Journal) attended by many artists.
