• The apartment is at 204 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, in the busy area of Convention, where a lot of food markets as well as typical French stores, retaurants and cinemas are located.
  It is a very safe area with good transportation. The subway station Boucicaut (line 9) runs directly to Concorde and Opera.

• The One Bedroom has been renovated in 1999, it is located inside a very luxurious and quiet residence with a very nice and open view on a garden. The apartment is very confortable for two to four people since the bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and the living room. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Also included are color cable television, telephone (to use with card), washing machine, dish washer, oven and microwave, CD player, linens and towels. There is also parking for one car.
  
  RATES

The amount specified as Security Deposit on your rental/credit card authorization agreement is not charged on your credit card or account but only serves as a guarantee (Caution) in the event that any damages or losses are caused to the apartment (other than from reasonable wear and tear) during your stay and is canceled once you depart and leave the apartment in its initial condition (see Conditions.)  For this apartment: 600 euro.
For stays longer than one month the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
