Located on the 7th floor of a 1960 building, this little charming studio is well organized with a comfortable sofa double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is oriented south, so it is full of sun. From the little terrace you can enjoy sun bathing, or just look at the truly amazing view of the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tour.
The rue Saint Maur is located in the Oberkampf area.
The building is conveniently located in the Saint Maur area, in a central Parisian area, which makes major attractions very accessible. Within walking distance from Republique, the lovely canal Saint Martin (one of the major Parisian transportation hubs), and a few metro stations from both Le Marais and Bastille.
It's also 5 minutes walk from the trendy Oberkampf area with plenty of old style Parisian cafes, restaurants and great food shops (charcuterie/boucherie, cheeseshop, bouangerie, wine cellar). There are huge farmer's markets (5 minutes walking distance from the apartment) twice a week where you will find the best products France can offer!
