- Reservation : To reserve an apartment, you must make a request either by
a) our online reservation request form,
b) print, fill and fax a reservation form to us,
c) e-mail us your request, or
d) call our office and a sales representative will assist you.

- Apartments are offered on a first come first served basis.

offered by us.

Paris Apartment Rental Services

Our rates include: utilities (electricity and gas, water), agency fee and applicable taxes.

- Our apartments are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service before arrival of the customer.

- Always include an equipped kitchen and are bath and bed complete with linens and towels.

 - Additional free services included (when indicated in the description of the apartment) is a color television, cableTV, Broadband Internet and telephone service to mention a few. A precise list of what is included in each apartment, is found in the description given on the webpage for each specific apartment.

Pick up of keys: You can pick up your keys at "PFA TRAVEL SARL"' agency located at 7, rue de la Cerisaie 75004 Paris (metro: Bastille) from Monday to Saturday.
Opening hours of the agency:
From Monday to Friday: 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 7 pm (Monday closes at 6 pm)
Saturday: 11 am - 1pm and 2pm - 7pm

To reserve a taxi to be waiting for you at the airport / rail station with the keys of your rental apartment and to take you to your apartment: 70 euro one way from the airport / 44 euro one way from the rail station.

Optional Extra Cleaning service / one time (2 hours) per week: 40 euro.
