Good location
Very good location with nearby bars, restaurants and local street market. Clod to Eiffel Tower and 10 minutes walk to Champs Elysees. Quiet position, with private gated road. Apartment fine for two persons with spacious lounge and two bedrooms however, kitchen small with limited facilties and bathroom very small Krystel very helpful and responded quickly.

A safe area with gated entry, close to Eiffel Tower and everything, easy to use the city buses, great area to walk and shop. The apartment was spacious, everything worked in kitchen and bath, comfortable beds, and good host that was just a phone/email away:) Thank you, we stayed a month:)

The flat was absolutely what I had hoped for - perfectly situated, quiet, charming and well equipped. It is in a gated street so feels extremely safe. The sitting area is comfortable and feels wonderfully French, the bedrooms quiet and the kitchen and shower room ‘bijoux’ - ie v small but have everything you need. Krystel is exceptionally quick at responding to messages and was there to greet us when we arrived. The only thing we might have preferred was to have the option of putting blankets on our beds. I had booked for 4 weeks but the Coronavirus had other ideas and, just before Paris shutdown completely, i flew home after only 3 nights. I definitely plan to return and fulfil my dream of living in Paris for 4 weeks once this extraordinary time is over.

Lovely apartment in the 7th arrond. You can’t beat the location (walking distance or short metro or bus ride to major sites). The apartment is cozy and made us feel at home. Krystel was very responsive and communication was also excellent. There is a washer in the apartment and it is well heated. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to serve our purpose for the week. Best part was looking to our right every time we exited the building and seeing the Eiffel Tower up close...it never gets old! I highly recommend Krystel & Damien’s place and look forward to returning!

My wife and I just finished our six week stay in Paris at our host Krystel‘s apartment, and it was wonderful! Just as advertised … great great location, comfortable bed, plenty of closet/chest space, and very clean! On two different occasions Krystel promptly helped us out (we forgot how to use the stove, and we inadvertently disconnected the wi-fi) and showed great patience and kindness in the process! The kitchen and bathroom are a bit on the small side as you would expect in an apartment in Paris, but was definitely manageable. The pictures of the place are very accurate. We would highly recommend this place to others!

Great location close to the Seine and the Tour Eiffel, relatively comfortable apartment to stay in, especially because it is quiet, but the carpet was upside down and very dirty, and the sheets could have been cleaner, and we had to ask for extra sheets for the main bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom are teeny tiny, bathroom sink ridiculously tiny so water spills everywhere, and there is no real oven in the kitchen, just two electric burners and a microwave oven thing. We stayed here for 6 weeks for work and that was a bit much. The living room does not get much natural light. For a week for holiday it would be fine, as the location is fantastic, and all of my concerns were addressed immediately which I appreciated.

Very cosy and quiet place and exactly like in the photos. We stayed there for almost two months with my daughter and would have stayed longer if it had been free. Everything worked well in the apartment and we felt secure. You need to be ready to accept a very small bathroom, but instead you have a real living room and two bedrooms which is rare for the price in Paris.

This is a great location. You can either walk or get to any destination within one mode of public transformation move. You are just a couple blocks from the Eiffel Tower and a block from the Seine. The kitchen is very small so no gourmet meals cooked there but who comes to Paris to cook anyway. The microwave came in handy to reheat meals. There are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby.
