  1. Well-situated Paris apartment for the budget-conscious

    This apartment is in a student-friendly, busy arrondissement and is conveniently located next to Place Monge (metro, bus access) and rue Mouffetard. This makes the rental good value for the price. The apartment is clean but a little run down and furnished with odds and ends. The kitchen has a stove top and microwave but no oven, and the washing machine is broken. The bathroom area is tiny, but there is adequate hot water for showers. There are three bedrooms but one of them is small, only slightly larger than the twin mattress that it contains. Adequate kitchenware, linens and towels provided. There is a television and there was no problem with WIFI access. We were reasonably comfortable for a 9 day rental in Paris (2 couples and 1 single adult), and would consider renting this apartment again because of its location and price. We booked relatively late, and could probably have found something a bit better furnished with more amenities had we looked 6 months rather than 3 months ahead.

  2. Value for money ok

    The apartment can accommodate very well a family with two kids (my case). The location is excellent, very close to metro and to several options of supermarkets, boulangeries, patisseries etc. The space is not very well lit, the electrical components could be better and it is easy to hear neighbors walking on their apartment. Not bad but not great. Delivers what the price asks.

  3. Lovely authentic apartment in excellent location

    I stayed in the apartment with 2 friends for around 3.5 months. We absolutely loved it - the location on the edge of the Latin Quarter is ideal with lots of shops and bars. The apartment itself is small though very comfortable with 2 large bedrooms and a lovely living room. We would not hesitate to go back and stay in the apartment, it contains everything needed to enjoy Paris properly.
