  1. Cute flat and conveniently located!

    We enjoyed our stay in this very quiet and perfectly located apartment! We felt like one of the locals, grabbing our fresh croissants at the bakery next door, or enjoying a meal at one of the many cafe’s right out the front door. With so much city life right out the front door, you would expect to hear city traffic or noise, but we didn’t. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris and wanting to have a non touristy living experience.

  2. Location, location, oh and bedrooms!

    First of all, if you asked me a few days ago if I would return to this apartment, it would’ve been a strong “no”...in retrospect it is a “yes”. The “no” comes from very loud construction noise beginning every morning at 8 am , and the lack of natural light and lack of proper airflow inside the apartment. If you can handle those negatives and accept that it is an outdated property, the location is ideal, exciting and very pedestrian-friendly!!! Having 2 separate bedrooms for our family of four was superior. Also, the managers were very friendly and quick to respond .

  3. Location is the only thing going for it.

    The apt was a great location. There was construction that started early morning and went for 10 hrs. It was very loud. I texted management and they indicated they were not aware of any construction. They said it was not their building. While this may be true the construction location may has well have been their building as they share the courtyard. Construction was obviously not something that just started. BEWARE , it is also not something that will soon be finishedThe apt had no natural airflowAs it’s in the courtyard area. It is also very dim and because they are doing work outside your window we didn’t like leaving curtains open. I felt the price was high compared to what it offered.

  4. Well situated apartment

    Good place in Le Marais. Baker and supermarket in the same building. Roms for 4 People, but too few teaspoon. Bad closure to the toilet and bathroom.
